Conservation Storytelling with Fauna Creative

Filmmakers Jason Whalen and Chris Zuker have been sharing conservation stories in Michigan and around the country for a number of different causes. Their recent film, "The Fight for Flight" has been officially selected at several local film festivals including the 2018 Fresh Coast Film Festival, and the 2019 Freep Film Festival.

An avid bird and nature photographer for over a decade, Josh Haas will feature some of his finest work and how bird knowledge is vital to creating more pleasing and artistic photographs. Josh will share some of his favorite stories in the field including unique experiences with birds out in nature, provide non-technical tips on getting closer to the action safely and ethically, how to get birds away from feeders while still using feeders and overall ways to create artistry in images, and inspire people to connect with nature to the greatest extent possible now more than ever.

wildlife.
